HURRICANE BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has gained strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 300 miles east of Mexico's Baja California. Forecasters are anticipating that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is moving westward at around 15 mph.
